Thomas B. Schueck

Commissioner Schueck passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2020. A new appointment from the Governor is pending.

Thomas B. Schueck of Little Rock was appointed by Governor Mike Beebe to serve a 10-year term on the Arkansas State Highway Commission. Schueck took the Oath of Office on January 14, 2011. His term will expire in January 2021.

Schueck received his degree in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis Missouri in 1965. He has 41 years of experience in forming and managing companies that are involved in heavy construction.

He has served on numerous commissions and boards such as the Arkansas Parks, Recreation and Travel Commission, Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission, and the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission.

Schueck and his wife Margaret have two children – Jennifer and Patrick.
