LITTLE ROCK (2-1) Crews will be performing a routine inspection next week on the Broadway Bridge over the Arkansas River between Little Rock and North Little Rock, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.

     Weather permitting, the inspection will require lane closures each day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning with the closure of the outside southbound lane on Monday, February 5^th and Tuesday the 6^th. Once the southbound work is complete the inspection will require a northbound outside lane closure on Tuesday the 6^th and Wednesday the 7^th.

     As always, motorists are urged to use an alternate route if possible and to exercise caution when approaching and traveling through highway work zones.
