LITTLE ROCK (3-15)  The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Design Public Hearing in Huntsville to discuss plans for improvements to Highway 412, according to AHTD officials.

     The meeting will be held Thursday, March 29, 2007, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Living Water Baptist Church, 10424 Highway 412 West, in Huntsville.

    Plans call for widening approximately five miles of Highway 412 to four lanes extending from Hindsville eastward to the Huntsville Bypass.
