LITTLE ROCK (3-22) Officers from the Arkansas Highway Police Division of the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) have uncovered another significant shipment of illegal drugs, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

On Tuesday, March 20, 2007, a tractor-trailer rig was stopped on Interstate 40 in Crawford County.  During a safety inspection of the truck, officers from the Arkansas Highway Police discovered several bundles of marijuana weighing approximately 216 pounds and valued at approximately $162,000.
