     In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission.  Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building , 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock .

 Tuesday,  September 9, 2008

 9:00 a.m.                   Business Meeting                  NE W TIME

10:30 a.m.                 Opening bids on 12 projects totaling approximately $48 million.

 11:30 a.m.                 Lunch in the auditorium hosted by the McGehee Industrial Foundation

                                    and the Dumas Economic Development Commission.
