Government Auditing Standards
Internal Audit conducts audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States.  Those standards require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain sufficient, appropriate evidence to provide a reasonable basis for our findings and conclusions based on our audit objectives. 

AASHTO Peer Review
Internal Audit participates in the AASHTO Peer Review to ensure our compliance with Government Auditing Standards.
